Huginn and Muninn "The Twin Ravens of Odin"
Hugin and Munin take winging every day
all around the world
they extract the essence of life
from flowers, from wind, from eyes
not only looking at stars at night
but also to be able to hear the music of the spheres
in daylight
is what we need
no flower ever grows in the dark
and future is not visible
unless we hear our inner voices
Bird’s eye view starts from how we look above
Whatever we see there turns into
sounds and echoes inside
Converting these sounds into a melody
is Hugin’s duty
Inspires inner fairies
whatever throwed back
by a surface of sound.
Munin arousing disgust in me
brings whatever I no longer want to see
the pressure of cumulated lavas in my heart
on the other side waters needy of a creek bed
flowing and pouring
overflowing from my eyes
whenever I hear dashing clapping sound
of a feather pen
all waters keep quiet
heat in my face pullulates from my inner core
on fragile balance of fire and water
when i am in peace with Munin
lighter my heart than feather
poema pouring out from your lips
as like a rainbow raising,
raising up to the air
I hear the rivers of the sky
and while my glance promenades on your surface
my eyes emulating the motion of the stars
either I rise or the sky is descending
quaffing hearty from your fountains
that’s why i’m too drunk
Hugin smiles at me
’not for enslavement whatever i bring
but for encouragement’ remarks Munin
’Being inquired sharpens us’ recites Hugin
’how luminary you are’ i need to say
too inky your feathers but your eyes sparkling
’soul and body’ i say, a perfect contrast.
My inner fairy kissing me afterwards
lengthens and lengthens my hands
but never picks up any flowers
not to vex stars
After all you should know
All the flowers of the world are yours
My poor body flickering with your every call,
my burning soul with your light is yours
love me like your wings.
