GAZNE'Lİ SULTAN MAHMUT...

Gazneli Sultan Mahmut,oturuyor divanda,
Bir adam geldi ordan,hemen vardý huzura,
Sultaným bir asker var,girmek ister haneme,
Sultan- Sýzlanma býrak, haber versen gelince.



Suçlu asker gelince,haber ulaþtýr bize,
Cezasýný elimle , vereceðim askere,
Sultan bunu dedi,üç gün durdu sarayda,
Haber gelince hemen,koþup vardý oraya.



Askerler evi sardý, yakaladý askeri,
Iþýklarý söndürün,öyle haklayýn dedi,
Hüküm infaz edildi,Sultan kandil yaktýrdý,
Bu Allahtan korkmayan,hangi arsýzmýþ dedi.



Sultan Mahmut diz çöktü,dua edip yalvardý,
Acýkmýþtý yorgundu,biraz yemek istedi.
Yedi iþtihayla güzel,namazý eda etti,
Hikmetini sordular,vakayý izah etti.



Korktum bir an Allahtan,Ya benim çocuðumsa,
Baþka kimse yapamaz,cesret etmez buna,
Acýma olmaz diye,üfledim lambalara,
Baktým oðlum deðildir,þükür ettim Allaha.



Üç gündür açtým bir de,korkudan üzüntüyle,
Cezasýný vermezsem,adil olmaz Millete,
Yemeði yedim güzel,iþtahla afiyetle,
Þükür namazý kýldým,dua ettim Millete.

SULTAN MAHMUT FROM GAZNE ...

Gazneli Sultan Mahmut is sitting on the couch,
A man came from there, he arrived at once,
My sultan, there is a soldier who wants to enter my house,
Sultan- Don’t be whining, when you come.

When the guilty soldier comes, send us news,
I will punish the soldier with my hand,
The Sultan said this, he stopped in the palace for three days,
When the news came, he ran there.

Soldiers surrounded the house, caught the military,
He said turn off the lights, get it so,
The sentence was executed, the Sultan had a lamp lit,
He said, who is not afraid of God, which is cheeky.

Sultan Mahmut knelt, prayed and begged,
He was hungry, tired, wanted some food.
Good with seven pleasures, prayed,
They asked about his wisdom and explained the case.

I was afraid of God for a moment, what if it is my child,
Nobody else can do it, don’t dare
I blew the lamps out of mercy,
I looked at it, it is not my son, I thank God.

I was hungry for three days and with fear and sadness,
If I do not punish, it would not be fair to the nation,
I ate the food with good appetite,
Thank God I prayed, I prayed to the nation.
